I prefer at least 3 days’ notice for standard orders and at least 2 weeks for custom orders. While larger or more complex orders may require additional notice, I always do my best to accommodate shorter timelines whenever possible! All quotes and estimates are valid for 7 days from the date issued.

I send invoices through Square by email or text, which can be securely paid online. Orders under $100 require full payment to confirm your date. Orders over $100 require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due at pickup or delivery. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or they will be automatically canceled. Payment of the deposit or invoice confirms your order date.
